All the other companies that I called wanted to charge an outrageous price just for the service call alone. Precision Doors did not charge me a service call but was the cost of the spring included the labor and was within the quote that they quoted me. I have to say your company saved me at least $200.00 and was able to provide same day service.

I would like to start by telling you what a wonderful job Marquez did. I was in need of a new door and I feel that you sent the right person for the job to give me my estimate. Marquez was able to provide an affordable estimate that we were able to work with due to our financial situation. We did not have a great deal of money to spend on a new door so after looking over all of the estimates that were provided to me Precision doors. We were able to do panels only and use our existing hardware on the door. Precision doors saved us some money that we really did not have to spend right now. I would like to thank you for the fast and prompt service that you company provided to me. I was unable to get my door down evenly on both sides because of the cable popped off and was wrapped around the spring. Something that would have taken me two weeks to get done myself Craig was able to do it in 2 hours. It was a mess and my door is now opening and closing all the way

I contacted your company to come and perform a service on my garage door because of a cable that had come off of my door. I am pleased to say that when your service man arrived and showed me that the one cable had snapped and the other was on it's last limbs he was able to provide me with another set of cables. needless to say I am so glad that I called your company because who know the door might have ended up on my car then I would have had a bigger mess to deal with.

I messed with it trying to get the sensors to line up and I could not get it to work. i then called your company and was able to get you to my home and fixed the problem. I am an elderly man and I am not able to get on a ladder to reprogram my remote. I was in need of help and you were able to provide me with exceptional service. (It's heck to get old.) As much as I did not want to pay a service call for someone to come out to the house I did. My garage door remotes and keypad were able to be reprogrammed in order for my lift to work properly again.

He was fast, clean and professional all at the same time. I was worried that I was going to have to watch him the whole time but when I saw the quality of the work and his performances while installing my new garage door I knew that he had everything under control. To this date I have nothing but positive things to say about your company.

Thank you for the fast and courteous service that your company has provided for me. My door was just falling apart and I had no clue what to do. As, I did not want to spend the money on a new door I was able to put some struts on it to cover the panel and make it work for now. In this hard economic state that we are in and working off of one income things can get a little expensive. Thank you for all your help in finding the cheapest and best way to fix my problem for now.

Thank you for such a wonderful job. I was so paranoid when I ran into my golf cart door and all's I could do was to get it fixed before my husband got home from work. Exceptional service I must say. I am please to say that I am happy with the job that Precision Door did. As I was not sure what type of opener would be best for my garage your tech was able to provide very useful information. I could not believe all the different options that were presented to me. I am very happy with my opener and will be calling Precision Doors to make sure I keep my warranty in place and avoid future problems that might come about.

I would like for you to know how pleased I am with Precision Garage Doors. We are a commercial property and everyone that I called did not have the qualifying technicians to send out to fix the problem. Not only did you have a qualified technician to take care of the job, but your tech service was exceptional and speedy. We will need some additional service provided on our other bays that I would like for Precision Doors to take care of so we will get that scheduled next week.

Thank you very much for all that you and Precision Garage Doors have done. I am not sure as to how my key pad lost programming but it did and you guys were right there when I need someone to take a look at it. It just so happen that you guys just installed it 2 weeks ago and it must have been a bad key pad. I am happy to say that you as a company came back out to my home for no additional charge and changed out my key pad because it would not keep the programming it was a bad key pad. You really don't find too many companies that will honor the warranty on the product. Either that or you cannot get a hold of the company anymore. Thanks for standing behind your work. job was well done.

I would love to tell you how much I am satisfied with the workman ship of my garage door. I wish that I never ran into my old one but I am happy that I have a new one. Looks great James did a wonderful job installing it and was very clean. I knew from when I called Precision Doors for an estimate they would be the one who I purchase my door from. From the staff and estimator to the installed all was a great experience.
